With the much anticipated Pennsylvania primary set to take place in less than one week-Tuesday, April 22, the 1,231 comments following this story are understandable. What makes these comments unlike any others I have seen in similar articles is the great length readers took.

Thinker has been thinking a little too hard lately. I don't know what it is about these people, like conspiracy theorists, they come up with a singular explanation for something they don't like and stick to it relentlessly. They seem to feel they are questioning reality critically, but they forget to be critical of themselves.
I agree with Adam on this one! They should hold a mirror up to themselves once in a while.
I don't really have the patience to read the Thinker thing, but I agree that the closeness of the Penn. primaries might have a lot of readers looking at political stories -- especially after you've got one person talking about guns and religion and another downing a shot.
